Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 35.00 will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 12 years are welcome.
Up to two children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable.

Groups: No special conditions apply for groups.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14.5 % Tax is not included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs USD 20.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
